ROMII is an award-winning Australian artist and songwriter from the Gold Coast. Her sound sits where soul, R&B and pop meet, carried by emotive, honest lyrics. Complex named her Australia's trap-soul queen after the premiere of Wild Heart, a single she first released as ROMY.

Wild Heart won Urban Song of the Year at the 2017 Queensland Music Awards, and the music video, which she directed herself, was nominated for Video of the Year. That hands-on approach runs through all of her work. ROMII writes her songs, shapes her visuals and directs her own clips.

Cupid Love followed in 2018 and made an impact on independent and label charts. You Keep Running, released in 2019, was supported by Hit, Nova, The Edge 96.1, triple j Unearthed and iHeartRadio. Her work has also earned nominations for Song of the Year, Video of the Year and Breakout Artist of the Year at the Gold Coast Music Awards. In 2020 she featured on Control, an 80s pop collaboration with SIONO.

Live, ROMII has opened for American R&B star Jacquees to a sold-out Brisbane crowd, supported Grammy-winning rapper T-Pain, and performed at the Broncos game at Suncorp Stadium to 38,000 people for Nova.

After a reflective break, she returned in February 2024 with Hold Me Down, a song about being truly seen and supported by someone. In her words, it explores the longing for someone who truly has your back and will hold you down.
